Social media is important in pandemic responses, especially now multiple years into the pandemic because there is little new information available from mainstream media and even public health. Scientists, Engineers, healthcare professionals, and even citizens have had to fill the void to provide accurate scientific information to help counter all the misinformation being spread. My goal is to use social media to get useful information out in a form that is easier for people to understand so they can make better informed decisions for themselves and the ones they care about.
