COVID-19 INFLUENCERS

Social media has been vital for connecting voices across disciplines so they can unite and share the correct information on public health. In my case, I worked with doctors, nurses, scientists, engineers, and members of the general public to help spread the word that #COVIDIsAirborne. This protected thousands of families and healthcare workers by enabling them to better protect themselves against inhalation of SARS-CoV-2 with proper ventilation, filtration, and respiratory protection. I could never have done this alone--social media enabled these connections to an amazing group of people (Team Airborne!) which resulted in the transfer of critical information. It has been a true team effort.
