Heroes highlighted by heroes
We were excited to read a profile of Asia-Pacific nominee, Sara Canavati….written by Malaria Communicator nominee, Cameron Conaway! In the article, Dr Canavati’s efforts to end drug-resistant malaria are highlighted, as well as her role in malaria research over the past twelve years. Conaway also describes the personal turning point in Canavati’s career, resulting in her focus on “untreatable malaria.”
