Bart really deserves the award. He is passionate about eradicating malaria and always willing to help young upcoming Scientists. I am one of the people Bart has impacted positively on their lives. I had benefited from the openaccess publications in MalariaWhorld for my ongoing PhD research. In the year 2012, I approached Bart for assistance from this platform to raise funds for me in orderto carryout my benchwork in Prof. Kirk's lab., New York. Bart did assisted me to raise funds from over 8,000 members and I did travel to New York for my research on antimalarial drug resistance in 2014 to 2015. Though, the research is still in progress, I will never forget this help from Bart, MalariaWorld, and Inga. Once again, I will nominate him a thousand times if given the opportunity to do that.
