Dr Karema, your work has made my visit to Rwanda more comfortable. While there I could rest assured that my risk of getting is very low. I have been to Rwanda on multiple occasions over the last 5 years and have personally witnessed the impact of your work. Malaria is practically gone and Malaria related death has been reduced by over 85%. That is quite an impressive achievement and example for other African nations. For this reason, I wholeheartedly recommend you for the aware!
